At CrafyCreation, every product is specially crafted with care — especially our personalized mugs. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for printing or shipped.
• Once customization or printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
• To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

🔁 Return Policy

Since many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, returns are limited.

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement:

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Printing defect or manufacturing issue

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Personalized or custom mugs (unless damaged or defective)
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor color variation due to screen differences

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

📦 Replacement Policy

If your product qualifies:

• Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• In case replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if replacement is unavailable or approved under valid circumstances.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

• The product must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).
• Customized items cannot be returned for reasons other than damage or defect.
• CrafyCreation reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
